Information

Islamic - Melayu Cultural Center, Ban Pak Lat was initiated by Thai - Melayu Cultural Relationship Project: 224 Years from Pattani Basin to Paklat Basin at Ban Pak Lat, Muang Phra Pradaeng. The project was launched on February 6, 2010, by Roost Information Center. (Relatives Relation Center) with funding from Samut Prakan Provincial Administration Organization. The establishing of Islamic - Melayu Cultural Center, Ban Pak Lat was then completed in March 2011. Exhibition consists of Ban Pak Lat community's history since the settlement in Ban Pak Lat during the reign of King Rama I of Rattanakosin until today.

Getting There

With private car: From Bangkok, take Si Rat expressway to Yannawa. Then slight to the right to Dao Kha Nong, go straight 3 kilometers then turn left to exit the expressway. Turn left onto Suksawat road, go straight about 1.1 kilometers and turn left onto Industrial Ring road. Drive straight about 850 meters then slight left and turn right under the bridge onto Praratwiriyaporn road. Drive straight to the end of the road and then turn left onto Nakhorn Khuen Khan road, straight about 290 meters and turn right at Soi Nakorn Khuen Khan 10, go straight to the end of Soi Nakorn Khuen Khan 10 and turn right. Drive 350 meters to found Islamic Samakkhitham school on the left. The destination is inside.
