  • 1.3 This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the personal information we collect from you, how we use your personal information, and your rights regarding the personal information we hold about you by this Privacy Policy only.
  • 1.4 You are required to read this Privacy Policy, including other announcements that we might make revisions when we collect, use, disclose, store and /or process your personal data for you to know how and for what we use your personal information

    • (e) When other users of the platform comment on any of your content uploaded on the platform or when you have commented on any of them or on other user's content uploaded on the platform.

  • 4.5 The information of ‘Email’ and ‘Contact number’ will be deleted
  • 4.6 Impact of deleting a user's account: user will unable to use an existing email or social media account to log in. User needs to re-register as a new user and unable to recover all previous data. In case of having ‘Thailand Museum Pass’ card, member could not access the card through ‘Thailand Museum Pass’ application. However, the use of physical card will remain normally.
5. Contact to request deletion of user data
  • 5.1 Please send a request to delete form to: Webmaster@museumthailand.com or Call 02-225-2777
  • 5.2 In case of requesting to delete an E-mail or Facebook Account, user’s E-mail and/or Facebook account will unable to log-in a recently deleted data upon user’s request of deletion. This will be processed in 5 working days and permanently deleted in the server.
  • 5.3 In case of request to re-login, user need to re-apply and unable to restore all removed data. In case of being ‘Thailand Museum Pass’ member card, will be unable to use a member card through user’s mobile application. However, user can use the actual member card as usual.
  • 5.4 In case of edit/update user’s profile information for examples; full name / contact number / date of birth / display name / photo profile, users can edit and click ‘submit’ on the ‘Edit Profile’ page and the information will be automatically updated.
6. Updating your personal information
  • 6.1 The accuracy and completeness of the personal information you provide to us is important for you to continue using the platform, and for us to provide services. It is your responsibility to notify us of any change to your personal information, or if you believe that your personal information with us is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
  • 6.2 You can update your personal information at any time by accessing your user account on the platform.
  • 6.3 We disclose your updated personal information to third-parties and our affiliates with whom we have previously disclosed your personal information, in the case that your personal information is still necessary to carry out the purposes described above.
7. Access to your personal information
  • 7.1 You can request information about the personal information we collect about you, or inquire about how your personal information has been used, disclosed, stored or processed by us within the past year. Therefore, in order to facilitate your request, we may need to ask for additional information about your request.

(Unless we are not compelled to do so under relevant applicable data protection laws)
8. Security of your personal information

  • 8.4 Your password is the key to accessing your account. Please use a specific number, special alphabet and characters, and your password must not be shared with anyone. If you share your password with others, you are responsible for all actions performed on behalf of your account and for any consequences. Thus, If you lose control of your password or you significantly lose control of your personal data and other information you submit to the National Discovery Museum Institute.   • 10.1 The National Discovery Museum Institute does not sell any merchandise for minors to buy (according to the relevant laws) and The National Discovery Museum Institute does not intend to provide any service to minors or to allow minors to use the platform. Moreover, we do not intend to collect personal information relating to minors.
  • 10.2 with this document, you confirm and warrant that you are over the age of minors and that you have the ability to understand and accept the terms of this privacy policy. If you are a minor, you will be able to use the platform only with the consent of your parent or guardian.

12. Rights of the National Discovery Museum Institute of Personal Information
