Information

Dusit Dhewa Art and Cultural Center consists of 8 Rai area. It is a place where the architectural style of Southeast Asia such as different patterns, idol of gods and goddesses, and stone sculptures, from Bali, Khmer, Myanmar, Thai, and Lao, are displayed through the site itself for students to learn how to distinguish various patterns. There are classes for lacquer wares and mold casting works. There are also peacock farms that are breeding them to release back to nature. Inside the area there is a natural stream, make it suitable for visitor to relax among nature.

Getting There

With private car: From Bangkok, take Highway number 35 (Rama 2 Road or Thon Buri - Pak Tho Road) through Samut Sakhon, Pak Tho district, Samut Songkhram and turn left to Highway number 4 (Petchkasem Road) through Phetchaburi Prachuabkirikhan to Chumphon, take Highway number 41 through Lang Suan sub - district, Chaiya district to Surat Thani. Then turn left to Surat Thani town. Take Highway number 417, go straight 18.7 km through Central Plaza Surat Thani, then turn left to Srivichai Road, drive straight for 45 km and turn left at Ban Nai intersection. Take Highway number 4142 and drive straight for 19.6 km, turn right onto Tonthon Road. Drive straight for 1.1 km and turn right at 1st intersection. Take Highway Number 4142 and go straight for 2.4 km, turn left onto Mittraphap Road, drive straight for 950 m then turn left to drive 550 m to Donsak Pier. Take the car on to the ferry at Donsak Pier to Nathon Pier, Koh Samui and then take the boat to the end of the way and then turn right onto Highway number 4169, drive 2.9 km to found sign to Dusit Tewa Culture Center at the right, turn right at the sign. Drive straight to the end of the road and turn right, drive straight 240 m. The destination is on the right.
